The Trans-Himalayan Region's western/far-western region is where Rara Mugu and Jumla are located. Due to its shadowy and remote features, this area is frequently referred to as the "Hidden Himalaya." Additionally, it receives a relatively small number of tourists annually. This region is unusually well-known for its pristine and breathtaking natural beauty, while being hardly visited.

 Rara Lake is frequently the trek's high point, although there are many other magnificent features as well:This region is home to majestic peaks like Kanjiroba, Saipal, the most western Api, and more than ten more mountains that are over 6000 meters. You would therefore probably have the best possible view of the snow-capped peak.

A haven for many plants and animals is Rara National Park. There are 1070 distinct alpine and sub-alpine species there.
